1) Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the rayb.click website, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) The Service
rayb.click is a URL shortener offering free and premium functionality. Premium features may include custom slugs, password-protected links, tags, notes, analytics, and extended expirations. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.
3) Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it.
- Do not share your password; notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or policy violations.
4) Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
- Premium plans are prepaid. Some payments may be manually reviewed before activation.
- Plan durations (e.g., 30 or 365 days) start upon approval/activation and run continuously.
- Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate suspension of service.
- We may change prices prospectively. Active periods already paid are not affected.
5) User Content & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the URLs you shorten and any content they point to. Do not use the Service to mask malicious, deceptive, infringing, or illegal destinations. We may remove links at our discretion.
6) Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Phish, scam, distribute malware, or run unsolicited campaigns (spam).
- Promote violence, terrorism, hate, or illegal activities.
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
- Circumvent limits, or probe/scan systems without authorization.
7) Fair Use & Limits
Free-tier usage may be rate-limited per IP/account/day. Automated creation or high-volume activity may require a premium plan or prior approval. We may throttle, limit, or block traffic to preserve service quality.
8) Password-Protected Links
- Creators can set a password on certain premium links. Recipients must enter the correct password to proceed.
- Passwords are hashed at rest. However, no method is 100% secure—share passwords only with trusted parties.
- If you lose a password, we cannot recover the original value; you’ll need to recreate or update the link.
9) Analytics & Cookies
We may collect limited click analytics (e.g., timestamp, approximate location, user agent, referrer, IP) to operate and improve the Service and provide link stats. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10) Intellectual Property
The Service (logos, brand, UI, code, and design) is owned by rayb.click and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to access and use the Service under these Terms.
11) Availability & Changes
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee availability. Features may change without notice. We may suspend or end the Service (or access to it) for maintenance, security, or other reasons.
12) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use at your own risk.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rayb.click will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless rayb.click from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest change. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
16) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach or suspected abuse. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
17) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
